Who You Are
You are a hands-on network engineer with a strong foundation in enterprise wireless technologies and a desire to deepen your expertise in RF design, wireless deployment, and troubleshooting. You enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and seeing projects through from assessment and design to implementation and validation.
You are detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning. You communicate clearly, document your work thoroughly, and collaborate effectively with senior engineers, project teams, and customers. You take ownership of your responsibilities while knowing when to ask questions, escalate challenges, and leverage the expertise of those around you.
You are excited to develop your craft, expand your multi-vendor wireless expertise, and contribute to building a scalable Enterprise Mobility practice.
About The Role
As a Mid-Level Wireless Network Engineer within our Professional Services team, you will help design, deploy, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise wireless environments across a variety of customer environments. You will perform wireless surveys and RF analysis, support WLAN implementations, and create the technical documentation required to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
Working alongside Senior Wireless Engineers, Technical Project Leads, Project Managers, and Delivery Operations, you will gain exposure to complex enterprise mobility environments while progressively taking greater ownership of customer engagements.
This role directly impacts customer experience, technical delivery quality, and the continued growth of Myriad360's Enterprise Mobility practice. You will have opportunities to expand your RF expertise, develop experience across multiple wireless platforms, and grow toward independent project and technical leadership.
This position requires travel to customer locations for wireless surveys, implementations, and other project activities, including occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
Must be based in the United States.
Other responsibilities include:
Wireless Surveys & RF Analysis
- Perform predictive, passive, active, and validation wireless surveys using Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick
- Assist with enterprise WLAN assessments, RF analysis, wireless design, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Analyze wireless coverage, capacity, interference, channel utilization, and other RF performance factors
- Validate wireless designs against customer requirements and real-world environmental conditions
