Connect Local Businesses With Opportunities That Change Lives

Build relationships that open doors to meaningful work.

The Arc of Ocean County is looking for a motivated, relationship-oriented professional to help expand employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. As part of our Vocational Services team, you'll connect with local businesses, develop lasting partnerships, and secure contracts that create meaningful work opportunities through The Arc's Employment Center.

This position brings together business development, community networking, and a mission centered on inclusion. You'll learn about local companies' needs, identify ways to work together, and coordinate with vocational staff to help ensure business commitments are fulfilled successfully.

If you're skilled at building connections, comfortable representing an organization in the community, and passionate about helping people access meaningful employment, this is an opportunity to put your professional strengths toward a purpose that matters.
