THE ROLE
We are seeking a Structural Engineer who can guide building projects from concept through completion. This role blends technical design expertise with project leadership and client management. You’ll bring a solid background in structural engineering—covering steel, concrete, wood, and masonry systems—along with experience evaluating existing buildings, performing renovations, and working on seismic upgrade projects. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to mentor early-career engineers, and the desire to build trusted, long-term client partnerships. A Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is required; a Master’s degree or Structural Engineering (SE) license is a plus.
