Client Solutions Associate

Arcana is a portfolio intelligence platform used by hedge funds and asset managers to analyze performance, risk, and portfolio exposures. We’re rethinking the analytical infrastructure institutional investors rely on—and we’re hiring driven problem solvers who want to help shape the future of investment technology.

This is not a traditional client support role focused on scripted responses or ticket routing. Our Client Solutions / Support Associates work directly with sophisticated investment firms to help resolve analytical and operational issues, support onboarding and implementation workflows, and ensure clients are successful using Arcana’s platform.

If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with institutional investors, and operating at the intersection of finance, analytics, and technology, we’d love to talk.
