You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Client Success, and senior leadership to translate real-world investment workflows into scalable product capabilities, analytical frameworks, and repeatable operating processes.
Responsibilities

- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the Analyst organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to set priorities, operating rhythms, and execution standards across the Analyst organization.
- Own quality standards for portfolio data workflows, client implementations, analytics validation, and recurring deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leadership to define the roadmap for portfolio analytics and institutional investment workflows.

- Collaborate directly with portfolio managers, CIOs, traders, and risk teams to understand evolving investment workflows and drive product innovation.
- Define team goals, operational metrics, and delivery KPIs while continuously improving execution efficiency.
- Build organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Stay ahead of market trends, portfolio management techniques, and institutional investment practices to guide both product strategy and team direction.
