Account Manager

About ResortPass:

ResortPass is redefining what it means to be a hotel guest. We're building a new category in hospitality: day access to luxury hotel experiences — from breathtaking pools and private beaches to deluxe spas and wellness escapes — so people can escape without an overnight stay.

Our marketplace connects guests with 2,700+ partner hotels and resorts, including the largest brands in hospitality such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott. We've helped millions of people enjoy premium hospitality close to home, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible.

Backed by top consumer and growth investors including CRV, Declaration, Brian Kelly (The Points Guy), WME, and FJ Labs, ResortPass is scaling a product people love — and creating an entirely new way to experience hospitality.

About the role:

As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners in your territory. You will be responsible for both selling to new hotels and managing ongoing relationships. As a tech startup, we are looking for energetic, driven, and motivated individuals who can be scrappy, resourceful, and who thrive in an early startup environment and work well within a small but growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and hospitality and who is ambitious in their career growth.

This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role will range from $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you’ll do:

• Build and expand the portfolio of hotels in your territory, establishing and cultivating strong relationships from new lead to active partner
• Actively engage and communicate with hotels on a consistent basis and effectively reach targets based on KPI metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance of hotel partners, educate them on best practices, provide data insights, and upsell product offerings to our full suite of features
• Provide exceptional and immediately responsive support to all partner requests
• Assist with onboarding new hotels through communications, setting up their account, and building their page on ResortPass
• Develop content and materials for onboarding and training
• Conduct demos and webinars of our product and features
• Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with the ResortPass product and all developing technology in the pipeline
• Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on a daily basis
