The Integration Architect plays a critical role in designing and building iPaaS solutions that connect business systems and enable data to flow seamlessly across enterprise platforms. In this role, you will partner with client team members and our consulting team to architect, implement, and deploy integration solutions for customers across multiple industries and technology stacks. This position requires deep expertise in enterprise iPaaS platforms, Salesforce and ERP integration patterns, and the ability to lead solution design discussions, guide technical execution, and mentor junior developers. As a senior technical contributor, you will take ownership of complex integration solutions, facilitate technical discovery with customers, and ensure scalable, maintainable middleware architectures. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders while driving best practices in integration design, API development, and system connectivity. You will architect solutions that connect Salesforce and NetSuite to downstream systems, third-party applications, and data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integration architectures across MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi or Celigo that connect Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
- Design database integrations for both cloud and on-premise systems, including direct database connections, CDC (Change Data Capture), and batch synchronization.
- Architect EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations for B2B order processing, procurement, and supply chain data exchange.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration architectures and implementation strategies.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand system landscapes, integration requirements, and data flows.
- Own complex integration solutions from design through deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement agentic workflows using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate integration configuration and reduce manual coding.
- Advise on API-first architecture, security (OAuth, encryption, credential management), and integration governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and client technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers by reviewing code, assigning development tasks, and supporting their technical growth.
- Proactively flag project risks, technical limitations, or architectural concerns early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within integration codebases and legacy configurations.
