What to Expect During the Selection Process

As part of the recruitment process, candidates who are shortlisted for the next stage will first be invited to sign an NDA. This is a standard step to protect confidential business information and assessment materials shared during the process. Once the NDA is signed, we’ll continue evaluating candidates’ skills and professional backgrounds. Those whose profiles are the best match for the role will be invited to answer a few additional questions and complete an unpaid assessment test.

If the feedback is positive, the last step may be a short interview with the client’s Team Lead for their market.
