IOS Engineer

As the Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of iOS engineers to build and maintain secure, high-performance, and customer-focused mobile banking applications. You will define the technical vision for the iOS platform, drive engineering excellence, and ensure the delivery of scalable mobile solutions that meet regulatory, security, and business requirements.   You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Security teams, and Engineering Leadership to create industry-leading digital banking experiences.   Key Responsibilities   Technical Leadership

• Define and own the iOS mobile architecture and technical roadmap.
• Drive adoption of modern iOS development practices, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Lead the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.
• Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement of mobile performance, quality, and reliability.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of iOS engineers.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career development.
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
• Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Product Delivery

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of mobile features from concept through production release.
• Ensure timely delivery of roadmap commitments while maintaining engineering quality.
• Balance customer experience, technical debt, scalability, and delivery priorities.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to banking-grade security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement secure coding practices and mobile application security controls.
