Commercial Contracts Manager

**Commercial Contracts Manager
**Build Preservica's First Contracts Function
Abingdon UK - Hybrid

Can you identify a good contract from a bad one? Can you negotiate the latter into the former? Are you organised and logical with a healthy dose of common sense? Are you ready to take the helm on your own SaaS sector contracts function?

We are Preservica, a global leader in Active Digital Preservation, trusted by organisations to preserve their most important digital records for decades to come. From national archives and government agencies to universities and global enterprises, our customers rely on us to ensure critical information remains accessible, compliant, and defensible.

Right now we're looking for a hands-on Commercial Contracts Manager to take ownership of contract review, negotiation, administration, and legal operations across our growing global SaaS business. Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the first dedicated hire in this area, helping build the processes, tooling, templates, and governance that support our future growth. This is a hybrid role, worked mostly from home with regular days in our Abingdon office. You should live within commuting distance of Abingdon.

This isn't about inheriting a mature legal function........It's about creating one
