Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.
About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the adoption and deployment of artificial intelligence tools across our organization as we build toward becoming the first AI-native K–12 enterprise in the country. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will own the end-to-end integration of AI solutions and network-wide capability building across academic, operational, and administrative functions. You will collaborate closely with department leaders, technical teams (IT, data, legal/compliance), and external vendors to transform every workflow into an AI-first process. By serving as the primary champion for AI literacy and project execution, this role plays a pivotal part in elevating staff capabilities, accelerating productivity, and driving the broader enterprise technology vision.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead AI Training & Enablement: Design and deliver hands-on training programs, practical guides, and playbooks that equip non-technical teams across SA with the skills to leverage AI tools effectively.
-
Drive AI Project Deployment: Own end-to-end project management for AI integrations—from initial scoping and vendor evaluation to implementation, testing, and rollout across academic and operational functions.
-
Build an AI Culture & Community: Cultivate a network of AI champions across departments to foster continuous learning, experimentation, and enterprise-wide adoption of emerging tools.
-
Manage Vendor & Technical Partnerships: Oversee relationships with AI tool providers and coordinate with internal IT, data, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure, responsible, and compliant deployments.
-
Track & Measure Business Impact: Define key success metrics for each initiative, measure outcomes, and regularly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
