To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision, we are seeking a Senior Director, Network Engagement & Resource Mobilization, Africa to steward a portfolio of partner and prospective partner organisations across three to six countries.
The Director will build trusted, senior-level relationships with partner CEOs and leadership teams and work alongside them as a strategic thought partner—bringing global network insights, connections, and resources to support their priorities and ambitions. The role will engage deeply with organisations at different stages of development, from established partners operating at scale to early-stage entrepreneurs preparing to launch.
The Director will help partners navigate strategic opportunities and challenges, connect them to relevant expertise and peers across the network, and support their organisational and financial sustainability. The role will also contribute to fundraising and resource mobilisation, helping partners identify strategic funding opportunities and strengthen their ability to build sustainable organisations.

The role will balance deep engagement with individual partners with a broader view of opportunities, risks, and learning across the Africa portfolio.
