Strategic Account Management Coordinator

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, and ourselves.

Our mission is as simple as it is ambitious: Accelerate Sustainable Mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV charging stations through an innovative business model. We help businesses find the right charging solutions for their customers and make EV charging more accessible, reliable, and integrated into everyday life.

We are Partner Obsessed 🤝 — creating tailor-made solutions that better serve our partners and their customers. We’re driven by the challenge of making EV charging simpler and more readily available 💡. And we’re committed to growing relentlessly 📈 — our network, our partners’ businesses, and the professional development of our team.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. 😎 We’re driven by impact and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who see challenges as opportunities, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you’ll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that’s always pushing the edge of what’s possible.

**🚀 About this Role
**
As our Strategic Account Management Coordinator, you’ll hold a key position within the Sales team, directly responsible for the Major Accounts scope — partners who manage multiple sites across their portfolio. You’ll operate at the centre of the electric mobility ecosystem, where technology, infrastructure, and a dynamic retail environment come together.
Your mission is to grow and protect Powerdot’s most valuable partner relationships by building long-term trust, monitoring account and station performance, and turning insights into actions that improve partner satisfaction and business results. You’ll act as the bridge between our major accounts and every internal team, ensuring that partner needs are understood, prioritised, and delivered — while continuously raising the quality of the partner experience.

How You’ll Shape Our Story:
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with Powerdot’s major accounts and strategic partners, building trust and becoming their go-to contact.
• Monitoring account performance — tracking key metrics to identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction, station performance, and business growth.
• Preparing and leading quarterly business reviews — analysing performance, extracting key insights, and building clear action plans to share with partners.
• Acting as the main point of contact for partners — understanding their needs and coordinating the appropriate internal teams to address them.
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other Powerdot teams to ensure smooth account management and delivery.
• Developing and implementing partner-specific initiatives — including promotional campaigns, special operations, and other commercial opportunities.
• Monitoring operational station performance — proactively identifying issues, risks, and opportunities across the charging stations in your accounts’ portfolios.
• Translating partner feedback into action — converting partner needs and business priorities into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Contributing to process improvement — helping continuously improve Powerdot’s strategic account management processes and overall partner experience.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

• 1–2 years of experience in strategy or consulting, ideally combined with experience in account management, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you can structure complex topics and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can interact confidently with senior clients and coordinate across multiple internal teams.
• Strong business acumen — you understand what drives partner value and commercial success.
• A customer-oriented mindset — you put the partner at the centre of your decisions and act on their behalf.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities — you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Interest in electric mobility, technology, and infrastructure — you’re curious about the evolving retail ecosystem and the future of mobility.
• An ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes and follow through from insight to action.

The Kind of Energy We’re Looking For:

• We’re not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We’re into people who make things happen.
• You lead and listen. You build trust with senior partners while staying attuned to what internal teams need to deliver.
• You own your stuff. You don’t stop at identifying an opportunity: you turn it into an action plan and see it through.
• You’re commercially minded. You understand that great account management drives both partner satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
• You bring structure to complexity. You can manage multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities without losing sight of the outcome.
• You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn’t just cool, it’s core. You care about building partnerships that make electric mobility more accessible.
• You balance rigour with relationships. You’re disciplined about analysis and follow-through, but you never lose the human touch with partners.
• You grow on purpose. You’re eager to learn, deepen your commercial expertise, and help Powerdot strengthen its most strategic relationships.
