About Wing:

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.

• Drive process compliance, alignment, and adoption across all engineering teams, ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and execution rigor.
• Continuously inspect, refine, and modernize the PDP lifecycle (phase gates, design reviews, launch readiness, post-mortems) to eliminate friction and ensure processes stay lean and effective.
• Define and track key operational metrics (e.g., cycle times, release velocity, defect escape rates) to measure PDP health and drive continuous improvements.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 12+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record operating at executive level visibility in high-growth, technically complex environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience operating in regulated, mission-critical, or hardware-software integrated product environments.
• Ability to establish operational standards and drive compliance through partnership and trust rather than bureaucratic mandates.
• Background in developing internal tooling, dashboards, and automated workflows to track governance and engineering velocity.
• 0-to-1 Delivery: Demonstrated success leading mission-critical technical initiatives from initial prototype/pilot phase through to commercial-scale production.
• Process Leadership: Proven experience designing, rolling out, and governing a formal Product Development Process (PDP) or Stage-Gate framework across multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
