Sales Account Executive

WHO WE ARE

Our mission is to build enterprise software and products that empower people to make mortgage lending simpler and more accessible.

We were founded by homebuyers who were shocked by the complexity of the mortgage process for borrowers and lending teams alike. Somehow, in the mix of paperwork, points, and process, the humanity and emotion of the largest financing decision of a person's life had been lost. After spending a year with over 1,000 mortgage professionals, the founding team realized we needed to focus on making the people who make a difference shine. Now, we employ a world-class team of software experts and mortgage professionals who pull up our socks every morning to do just that. We're privileged that our company has been recognized by HousingWire, Deloitte, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and others as a leading innovator in our industry.  We are a committed team doing honest work that matters in the real world — one lender, one borrower, one homeowner at a time. And it works.

Today our digital mortgage platform powers hundreds of mortgage lending institutions nationwide, from independent mortgage banks and credit unions to brokers and community banks. We work to make them, and their employees, the real heroes who enable homeowners to achieve the American Dream.

You know how to navigate sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and nuanced customer needs. You bring structure, urgency, and creativity to every deal. You combine a strong hunter mentality with the ability to build trust quickly, positioning yourself as a true partner to your prospects. • Consultative Selling: Lead with curiosity, deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals, and map our solutions to measurable business value.

• A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

• You’re Selling Real Impact, Not Shelfware. Our platform directly impacts how lenders operate and how borrowers experience one of the most important financial moments of their lives.
• A Category Still Being Defined. Mortgage tech is undergoing massive transformation. This is an opportunity to help shape how modern lending gets done, not just sell into an established category.
• High Visibility, High Ownership. You won’t be one of many AEs in a rigid system, you’ll have real influence on how we sell, who we target, and how we win.
• Access to Leadership & Fast Feedback Loops. Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing in a tight, collaborative environment where your insights actually drive decisions.
• Not Just a Desk Sale. This role blends modern SaaS selling with real-world relationship building—you’ll be in-market with customers, at industry events, and face-to-face when it matters most.
• Meaningful Deals, Not Volume for Volume’s Sake. This is a strategic, consultative sale with fewer, bigger, more impactful deals with real business outcomes.
• Mission That Actually Matters. You’re helping make homeownership more accessible and improving a process that affects millions of people, not just hitting quota.

Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) typically ranging from 1.5x to 2x the base salary.
