The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising, with over 3,000 employees across more than 30 offices. Our technology helps advertisers reach the right audiences across the open internet — from streaming TV and podcasts to mobile apps, news, and more.

Advertising powers the content people love. By making it more transparent, effective, and responsible, we help support trusted journalism, quality entertainment, and creators worldwide. The world’s brands and agencies rely on us to reach their customers and grow their businesses responsibly.

The scale of our platform brings unique technical challenges — from processing massive datasets in real time to building systems that operate reliably on a global scale. When you work here, your impact is worldwide. We welcome diverse perspectives, encourage curiosity, and build teams that learn from one another. If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.

Data Support is a global team that turns The Trade Desk's proprietary data into custom and syndicated segments and insights that clients can activate with confidence. The segments we build power campaigns reaching millions of consumers across the open internet — and the data decisions we support shape how some of the world's largest brands reach their audiences. We maintain the health and integrity of TTD's data marketplace — ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and reliable — and we partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.

We operate as a Dual Impact Team: our time is split between client-facing service — proactive and reactive client work — and internal enablement, including building tools, improving processes, and supporting stakeholders across the business. We thrive when we learn fast, remain humble, and hold ourselves to the highest standard of both technical excellence and premium service delivery.

We are part of a multinational team within the world's leading, independent buying platform for digital advertising, with regional teams across North America, APAC, and EMEA.

What you’ll do:

• Build custom segments for The Trade Desk's clients for use within our data management platform, ensuring accuracy, data quality, and policy compliance throughout.
• Spend meaningful time writing and running SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data across TTD data systems — combining large data sets, interpreting results, and turning findings into optimization strategies and custom segment solutions.
• QA segment builds and data outputs for accuracy and compliance before delivery; troubleshoot technical issues independently and document findings clearly, escalating with full context when needed.
