Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn't bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn’t valued in your everyday work?
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that, we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true interdisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!
What Your Day Looks Like
Caseloads are diverse, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, needs, and strengths. We believe in meeting every child where they are and celebrating neurodiversity in all its forms. Treatment sessions are 30 minutes, and evaluations are 60 minutes. SLPs typically have two recurring evaluations per week, with flexibility to add if needed during caseload building. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates can expect a productivity of 67.50% of their week.
The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.
