• Prepare and submit offer approvals and help ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate records within Greenhouse, including candidate stages, sources, and other key information
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management by tracking sourcing activity, candidate flow, upcoming interviews, offers, and start classes
• Partner closely with Recruiters to understand current pipeline needs, adjust sourcing priorities, and provide additional support where it's needed most
• Take ownership of recurring recruiting projects and processes while continuously learning our systems, hiring standards, and overall recruiting strategy

What You’ll Bring:

•  A strong work ethic and the ability to consistently execute in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, volume, and quality
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
