Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?
At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’re looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow. We believe great clinicians do their best work when they have the support, resources, and balance to succeed. That's why we do things a little differently, prioritizing manageable caseloads to help prevent burnout, fostering meaningful collaboration across disciplines, and investing in the growth of every therapist.
What Your Day Looks Like
You will join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.
Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.
The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.
