Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?
At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’re looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow. To attract and retain this kind of team, we do things a bit differently: prioritizing manageable caseloads to reduce burnout, providing administrative task support so clients remain the focus, and supporting our team with mentorship, learning opportunities, and real career growth.
What Your Day Looks Like
You will join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our interdisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.
Caseloads are diverse, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, needs, and strengths. We believe in meeting every child where they are and celebrating neurodiversity in all its forms. Treatment sessions are 30 minutes, and evaluations are 60 minutes. SLPs typically have two recurring evaluations per week, with flexibility to add if needed during caseload building. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates can expect a productivity of 67.50% of their week.
The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.
