Medical Director Veterinarian

Practice Ownership Opportunity

Looking to Own a Practice - Without Going It Alone?

Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) is seeking an experienced veterinarian who is interested in partnering on a practice ownership opportunity in the Greater Sacramento area.

Whether you are already thinking about ownership or just beginning to explore the idea, we would love to connect with veterinarians who are excited about leading a practice, building a talented team, and creating something lasting.

The Opportunity

We are actively exploring a vacant veterinary hospital space in the Greater Sacramento market and are looking for a veterinarian who wants to become both a Medical Director and an owner.

Rather than starting with a traditional ground-up build, this opportunity offers an existing veterinary space while giving you the ability to build the practice from the beginning. You will have the opportunity to help shape the hospital's medical approach, build your team, and create the culture and long-term vision for the practice.

About the Area

The Greater Sacramento area offers a great balance of established communities, suburban convenience, and access to everything Northern California has to offer. With year-round outdoor recreation, a strong sense of community, and easy access to destinations throughout the region, it's an exciting place to build both a practice and a life.

You lead the medicine. VPP provides operational, financial, HR, recruiting, and marketing support so you can focus on clinical excellence, building your team, and growing the practice.
