About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

At Wolt, we’re building one of the most exciting media ecosystems in Europe - helping partners grow through Wolt Ads and Wolt Promos. By joining the team, you’ll be at the forefront of digital advertising, working on campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and real results.

Our mission is to help partners grow their business by getting closer to the customers who matter most. Through high-impact placements across our app (and beyond), we help them boost brand visibility, reach new audiences, and increase sales.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchant Promotions Manager to join our Wolt Ads team in Athens on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will support the Ad Operations team in managing ad and promo campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and delivering actionable performance insights. You will become a subject matter expert in our platforms and products and support the sales/account team to drive campaign volume and advertiser retention.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Work with data to produce and interpret insights
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support our partners

• Can handle a high volume of complex and high-priority tasks, making trade-off decisions constantly with a high degree of autonomy
• Operations experience in platform tools, with the ability to drive the quality of your own operations
• Advertising knowledge and experience managing top-tier accounts
• A sales or account management background is a plus
