The Role

We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of consultants through our Business Consultant Development Program (BCDP).   We believe in pushing high potential people to achieve excellence. Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment to learn quickly and deliver value early. You will collaborate with experienced team members on customer-facing engagements to create high-impact business solutions.     In our structured 20 month program, we equip you with the resources to develop the core consulting skills, deep domain expertise, and leadership foundation for long-term career success at Veeva.   BCDP spans five core practice areas: Analytics, Commercial, Content, R&D, and Quality. As an Associate Consultant you will align to one of those practices, allowing you to build targeted industry expertise. You will be asked to choose your preferred practice in the application process.   You can learn more about our practices and the work we do here.   The anticipated start date is July 2027.

What You'll Do

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, managing timelines)
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to pull through tangible business and operational solutions
