Regional Sales Manager

About This Role

This is one of the most critical positions at Sigma. The success of our business depends on bringing in the right customers, at the right stage of their growth, and this role focuses on the Enterprise accounts at the centre of that effort. The right candidate will have the rare ability to open doors at the highest levels, navigate complex organizations, and drive deals that change the trajectory of both our customers' businesses and ours.

Sigma is growing at over 80% year over year, and this role is an opportunity to be at the forefront of that momentum. You'll work directly with some of the best leaders in the industry, learning how to build relationships, influence decisions, and close transformative deals. If you succeed here, you won't just have a great job—you'll have a career-defining experience where you will earn your sales MBA.

This role is based in London and is critical to the success of our business. It is not a remote position and you will need to be in the office four days a week, working side by side with some of the best in the industry.

Travel:

Travel is expected locally within London and across the UK, with periodic travel elsewhere in EMEA, roughly 25% of the time. We encourage and do not limit in-person meetings with prospects, customers, and partners.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who moves with urgency and takes full ownership of their territory, pipeline, and revenue outcomes, without waiting to be told
• A strategic thinker who acts decisively on how data fuels transformation and competitive advantage, treating their book of business like it's their own company
• A principled, results-oriented team player who owns their number end-to-end and leads with humility

What You Care About:

• Being successful and accountable, making a real impact in the fast-paced world of data, with people you enjoy working alongside
• Learning from leaders dedicated to your growth
• Delivering real value for customers and building lasting relationships with them

You'll Contribute By:

• Owning a named territory of Enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees), running the full sales process — from first call through proposal, POV, and contract, while keeping Salesforce pipeline and forecast data accurate
• Driving new revenue through consultative selling grounded in data and analytics expertise, bringing on new customers, building advocates in the BI market, and engaging ecosystem partners to build pipeline
• Traveling regularly across London and the wider UK/EMEA to meet prospects and customers on-site, working alongside a motivated, high-functioning team

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience closing SaaS deals in Enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees)
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with VP and C-level buyers
• Experience with the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred
• Experience in the data space (Warehouses, Pipelines, Analytics, etc.) is preferred but not necessary
• A motor to prospect (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, donut drops, etc.) is a non-negotiable
• A track record of consistent performance: minimum of ≥100% quota attainment in at least 80% of their sales career
• Knows how to work the partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive deals forward
• Must be based in London, UK (or be willing to relocate)
