THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Director, Partner Engagement & CRM (Global)  to our Partner Marketing team in Brazil!

As Senior Director of Partner Engagement & CRM, you will own the global partner lifecycle: the engine that takes a partner from first sign-up to sustained, long-term business growth. You will lead a global team spanning lifecycle and CRM including partner enablement and education, as well as partner GTM motions, with a remit that covers every market Wellhub operates in.

This is explicitly not a "keep the campaigns running" role. We’re looking for a stand-out marketer who is able to elevate our partner experience, bringing both technical and creative skillsets to design, architect and lead a high performing team.

You will also be one of the most consequential AI builders in our marketing organisation. Partner lifecycle is the most agent-amenable surface in Partner Marketing, and it is where Wellhub expects AI to deliver visible, measurable leverage rather than incremental productivity. You will be expected to support the design and build of agentic systems and AI-driven decisioning into the lifecycle itself, not simply adopting tools others have built.

You will become a strategic partner to leaders across Partnerships, Partner Experience, Marketing, Product Development and MarTech, and will present regularly to VP and Executive Leadership Team audiences. Success in this role depends as much on your ability to build alignment and bring people with you as it does on the quality of the system you build.

The ideal candidate is a genuinely senior CRM and lifecycle marketer — someone who has built the function, not just run it — with a sophisticated broader marketing background, a proven record of driving reachability and engagement in a B2B or B2P audience, and the leadership presence to hold their own in an executive room.

YOUR IMPACT

• Own the Partner Lifecycle CRM: Define and own the end-to-end partner lifecycle strategy globally — driving reachability and activation through to sustained adoption
• Architect compelling GTMs: Turn new products and features into moments of delight for partners through carefully designed and orchestrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
• AI Builder: Design and build AI-driven decisioning, agentic workflows and automation into the lifecycle engine. Set the standard for what AI-first execution looks like in Partner Marketing, and raise the AI fluency of the team around you
• Team Leadership & Design: Lead, develop and grow a global team of high specialists and managers across lifecycle/CRM, enablement and partner advocacy. Shape the structure itself — defining the roles the new model needs, hiring into them, and building a culture of ownership and measurable impact
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Partnerships, Partner Experience, Product Development, MarTech, Content, PMM and the regional Partner Marketing leads to deliver a coherent partner experience
• Executive Presence: Represent the function to VP and ELT-level stakeholders — setting direction, defending prioritisation, and translating a complex operational system into a clear commercial story
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong marketing experience, with deep specialist expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing with a track record of driving reachability, engagement and retention in a B2B or B2P audience at scale
• Strong technical fluency with the modern martech stack (CRM platforms, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP/data tooling) and comfort working closely with Product and Data teams
• Sophisticated general marketing background beyond CRM — strategy, positioning, GTM and campaign craft — and the business acumen to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
• High AI adoption and fluency, with genuine appetite and capability to build — designing AI-driven systems and agentic workflows, not only using off-the-shelf tools
• Strong analytical skills and a genuinely data-driven approach — comfortable defining metrics, designing tests, and being held to measurable lift
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex, technical systems accessible to non-specialist and senior audiences
• Based in Brazil, preferably with easy access to our São Paulo office to meet with stakeholders and team members.
• Fluent English - our business language
