The Director of Operations at Generation Trust Law Group plays a crucial role in enabling leadership to focus on expansion and strategic initiatives. By managing day-to-day operations across our dual-state offices, this role ensures consistent, efficient processes and true operational harmony. As an operational partner to the President, this leader will significantly impact the firm’s trajectory, enhancing our capability to assist families with their planning and probate needs.

What You'll Do

• Leadership Partnership: Serve as a strategic operational partner to the President by preparing leadership meeting agendas, facilitating follow-through on key initiatives, and helping drive execution of firm priorities. You will own the company performance dashboard, serving as a conduit to leadership by curating and reporting key data on a consistent basis.
