About the Role
As part of the Global Partner Sales organization at DevRev, we are growing our team and hiring talented, ambitious, and AI-native Inside Partner Managers in the United States.

As an Inside Partner Manager at DevRev, you will operate at the intersection of partnerships, AI, and go-to-market execution. Your mission will be to expand and activate DevRev's partner ecosystem, generate qualified partner-sourced pipeline, and help shape our channel go-to-market strategy. Rather than relying solely on traditional partner-development methods, you will leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to identify partner opportunities, personalize engagement, and build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing partners at scale.

In this role, you'll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to refine messaging, uncover ecosystem insights, and continuously improve how we recruit, onboard, and engage with partners.

What You'll Do

• Expand our partner pipeline by identifying and engaging high-quality prospective partners across target ecosystems and market segments (SIs, resellers, ISVs, and technology alliances).
• Research partners, principals, and co-sell signals using AI-powered tools and modern partner-development techniques.
• Build personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, text, social, and emerging channels.
• Set up introductory meetings with target partner leaders and key decision-makers.
• Qualify partners by understanding their business model, practice areas, priorities, and go-to-market goals.
• Partner with Account Executives and Partner Solutions Engineers to develop co-sell strategies and create high-quality partner-sourced pipeline.
• Onboard newly signed partners and drive them into the deal-registration and co-sell motion quickly.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to increase productivity while maintaining thoughtful, high-quality engagement.
• Develop, test, and optimize messaging, prompts, and partner-recruitment playbooks to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze partner interactions, engagement data, and ecosystem trends to continuously improve targeting and outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, partner records, and deal registrations within DevRev's CRM.
• Act as the voice of the ecosystem by sharing partner insights, objections, and feedback with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, partner/channel methodologies, and industry trends to continuously evolve your partner-development approach.

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Partner/Channel Development Representative, Account Executive (AE), or similar customer- or partner-facing role.
• Experience selling or partnering around SaaS, technology, or IT-related products.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outplay, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies to support research, personalization, and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to combine AI-generated insights with human judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine ability to build trust and connect deeply with people.
• Bonus: exposure to channel/partner ecosystems, deal registration, or co-sell motions.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

• You embrace AI as a force multiplier and continuously look for ways to work smarter and create more value.
• You are highly coachable and eager to learn.
• You enjoy experimenting, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
• You are resilient, resourceful, and energized by building something from the ground up.
• You are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how partners build their business.

How do we work?
Whatever your role, our values describe what we ask of each other.

Be a bridger
Look beyond your own role. Ask questions, share context and help others get unstuck. That may mean bringing the right people together or picking up a problem that doesn’t necessarily fit neatly into your job description.

Care loudly
We want your perspective, not just your agreement. Speak up when something isn’t working or someone needs support. Give honest feedback with respect for the person receiving it. Don’t let an uncomfortable conversation become an unspoken problem.

Own the outcome
Take responsibility for the result, not just your part in the process. Use AI to move the work forward, not to outsource your judgment. Make the call, check whether it worked and change course when it didn’t. If something goes wrong, own it and help fix it.

That’s DevRev!
