This role involves working in close collaboration with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and the Social Media Managers responsible for each account. We are looking for someone with solid experience in account and social media management, capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor client relationships at key moments — presentations, approvals, escalations, and strategic reviews — in coordination with the Social Media Managers responsible for daily contact.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate 360 campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment among all involved parties.

• Solid knowledge of the social media ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others).
• Proven experience in overseeing 360 campaigns and content production projects.
• Familiarity with budget management and billing processes in an agency environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and attention to detail.
• Communicative and proactive profile with a strong client-oriented focus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Immediate availability will be considered a plus.
• Avaliable and open for a 6-month freelance contract
