Agentic Success Manager

Hi! We're Yalo

We're on a mission to revolutionize how businesses sell with intelligent AI agents. Born in Latin America and driven by its spirit of innovation, we're now transforming how enterprises around the globe engage their customers and grow.

We're entering our Agentic Era: we no longer just deploy conversational commerce — we put AI agents inside some of the world's largest enterprises, working alongside their commercial teams. Someone has to own whether those agents actually change the business.

That is this role.

The mission

Turn strategic customer relationships into measurable business impact and sustainable growth — operating at the intersection of strategy, consulting, customer success, commercial growth and AI.

This is not a traditional CSM role. No ticket queues. No adoption calls for the sake of adoption. You walk into an ambiguous business problem, structure it, use data to understand it, build the recommendation, prototype the AI solution, align senior stakeholders — and turn it into production and measurable results.

What you'll accomplish in your first 18 months

• +45% net revenue growth across your existing portfolio
• 6+ high-value AI agent use cases in production, each backed by a quantified business case
• An executive sponsor in every strategic account who can articulate Yalo's ROI in their own business metrics
• Measurable impact across revenue, conversion, efficiency, retention or customer experience

How you'll create that impact

• Diagnose — Understand the customer's business, economics, strategic priorities and customer journey.
• Structure — Turn complex, ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Build — Prototype, test and deploy AI agents and automations that solve real customer problems.
• Influence — Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Commercialize — Identify whitespace, build business cases and partner with Sales to turn customer value into account growth.
• Scale — Turn successful use cases into repeatable opportunities across the customer's business.

The non-negotiable: you build

We sell AI agents. If you can't build, break and debug one yourself, you can't credibly tell a customer where to deploy them.

You've shipped an AI agent, prompt system, automation or similar AI-powered workflow. You can read an API doc, experiment with AI tools and debug a flow.

You don't need to be an engineer. You need to be someone an engineer takes seriously — and someone a customer's team learns from.

What makes you successful

• Structured problem solving — You bring clarity to ambiguity and think in hypotheses.
• Commercial instinct — You see where value can be created and how it translates into growth.
• AI-native — You use AI to think, analyze, build and execute.
• Executive presence — You can influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Analytical rigor + storytelling — You turn data and complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Ownership — You own outcomes, not activities.
• Bias for action — You move from strategy to execution quickly.
