ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of public accounting rigor and private industry agility. We are looking for a professional who doesn't just manage processes but takes full ownership of the financial ecosystem, leveraging modern technology to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and issued in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reserves, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform detailed general ledger account analysis and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Apply technical knowledge to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Manage the preparation of workpapers for annual audits and serve as point of contact for external auditors.
- Scalability & Process Documentation - Driving the development and ongoing maintenance of scalable, well-documented SOPs
