You will join the Special Projects team, which operates as an internal consulting team and force-multiplier for the business, assembled to tackle our most challenging and high-priority initiatives. We take ownership of critical workstreams and support the CEO, CSO, CFO, CDO, GC, and other teams in cross-functional workstreams across CoreWeave. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of CoreWeave to support key executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive decision-making through strategic reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Who You Are: (This section has to be the technical and measurable requirement of the role, soft skills cannot be measured)

• 7-10 years of experience. A background in management consulting followed by in-house experience in corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, product management, or a strategic chief of staff role is ideal.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without ownership.
• Able to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems with functional owners and advising C-level executives on high-level strategic planning.
