About Us

Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.

In 2025, we grew revenue 480% and scaled to 400+ venues across 25 destinations, with the launch of our Culture Calendar extending Dorsia beyond restaurants into the world’s most sought-after cultural moments.

Backed by $54M in funding from investors including Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, and strategic partners including MoonPay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, we are entering our most consequential phase of growth and reshaping the global hospitality landscape. We’re adding exceptional talent to drive what comes next, and that’s where you come in.

About the Role

Dorsia is seeking a Product Manager, Events & Nightlife to own our experiential product end to end, from the moment a partner event is conceived to the moment the last guest walks through the door. Our Culture Calendar is pushing us beyond restaurants into the world's most in-demand cultural moments, and this role sits at the center of it.

You'll own our operator-facing iOS app for guest lists, scanning, and door operations, alongside the full member experience for discovering, purchasing, sharing, and RSVPing to tickets in the Dorsia app, pairing deep systems work in real-time inventory, ticketing, access control, and pricing with live operations on the ground.

At Dorsia, we build product in the field. You'll be onsite at moments like Formula 1, Art Basel, Cannes Film Festival, and Coachella, making everything work as tables move, prices change, and plans shift in real time. You lean on AI to prototype and ship faster, and no task is too small for you when the moment calls for it.

What You’ll Do

Product & Systems Ownership

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and priority calls for Events & Nightlife across the member app, ticketing, and operator tooling.
• Lead our operator iOS app, covering scanning and redemption, guest lists, checkpoints, and bulk check-in.
• Own venue org structure and permission management within the operator iOS as partners and teams scale.
• Own the end-to-end purchase-to-attendance experience for members, including checkout, ticket sharing and transfer, and post-purchase management.
• Design and iterate on real-time inventory, availability, pricing, gating, and allocation logic, including tiered member pricing and access rules.

Guest Lifecycle & Live Operations

• Ship RSVP and guest-list invites over SMS and push, with member-facing status such as going, maybe, and can't go.
• Manage operator-side guest status and build inventory logic that only counts confirmed guests.
• Run live event delivery for our biggest events, including RFID wristband and credentialing programs, manual QA test plans, and deployment runbooks.
• Own day-of door operations and launch go/no-go calls for every event.
• Build and operate AI agents and internal tooling to parallelize your own workstreams and make the event lifecycle driveable by automation.

Quality & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Own bug triage and quality for the events surface, from intake through prioritization to resolution.
• Work directly with venue partners, promoters, and internal operations to understand real-world workflows.
• Write the runbooks, feature guides, and decision records that keep the team running.
• Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to ship high-quality experiences quickly.
• Mentor junior teammates as the team grows.

The Winning Recipe

• 5+ years in product management roles, with a proven track record of owning consumer mobile app surfaces end to end.
• AI-native builder, with daily fluency building with LLMs, agents, and automation tooling to run parallel workstreams.
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems, inventory management, and availability logic.
• Deep familiarity with hospitality, and specifically nightlife, operations (tables, promoters, comps, late changes, real-time chaos).
• Hands-on live event operations experience; RFID or NFC credentialing and on-site event delivery are a strong plus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a high level of ownership.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to query, model, and interpret data using SQL and behavioral analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate complex UX challenges and inspire alignment toward a solution.
• Strong product intuition backed by rigorous user research, usability testing, and on-the-ground observation at live events.
• Builder's mindset with a bias for action and a relentless focus on the user.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and the occasional late night when a flagship event is live.

Please note, seniority is not fixed for this role. If the interview process points to more senior experience, we'll hire at that level, and the salary band above reflects that range.

Workplace Philosophy at Dorsia

At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.

In-Person Matters

We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.

Who We Hire

We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.

Lifestyle Hours

We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party.

High Performance Culture

Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember.

A Final Word

We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
