To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, hands-on IT Specialist to join our lean IT team. This isn't a traditional helpdesk role — we want someone who sees a repetitive task and instinctively thinks "I could automate that".

You'll be responsible for keeping our systems running, managing access and devices across a mostly macOS environment, and contributing to internal tooling projects — including AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code.

One of our previous IT team members progressed into our SRE team. We see this role as a genuine launchpad for ambitious engineers who want to grow into infrastructure, reliability, or platform engineering.

What You'll Do

• Manage macOS fleet via Kandji MDM — deployments, policies, and our custom OpenVPN setup
• Act as the gatekeeper for access management — onboarding, offboarding, SSO, and permissions
• Support Slack and Jira-based IT requests, triage issues, and resolve them efficiently
• Maintain and administer self-hosted infrastructure — firewalls, switches, and internal services
• Write scripts and lightweight tooling to automate common requests and reduce toil
• Collaborate with our SRE team on infrastructure awareness and escalations
• Document runbooks, processes, and internal guides clearly and consistently
• Occasionally support Windows and Linux users alongside our primary macOS environment
