• Support executive communications, including messaging development and internal visibility opportunities
• Partner closely with stakeholders across departments to develop effective communications strategies and execution plans
• Draft polished, executive-ready communications materials across a variety of formats and audiences
• Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Anticipate communications risks, stakeholder needs and operational roadblocks before they become issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, including the ability to critically evaluate, refine and finalize executive-ready communications materials
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and execute with a high level of accuracy and accountability
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills
• Strong professional judgment and organizational awareness
• Ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience supporting high-visibility communications initiatives and executive stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work product
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong business partnership instincts

Requirements:

• Experience supporting executive communications and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience managing employee engagement programs
• Public company and/or financial services experience preferred
• Experience in a regulated industry with formal communications controls (approval workflows, spokesperson standards, risk management processes) — additional qualifier, not a substitute for the above

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
