CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, known for delivering tailored business solutions that help SMB organizations transform their operations. As we continue to expand our client engagements, we are looking for an experienced CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to join us in the United States. 

In this role, you will work closely with our delivery teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly within Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys, alongside the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Agents. 

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. 

Report to: CE & PP Practice Leader 

POD: Delivery 

Location: This role is available in multiple locations. Depending on your location, different work environments are supported: In-office in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. 

Travel: up to 10%

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities: 

Client Advisory & Solution Design 

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. 

• Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. 

• Support solution design and ensure alignment with client business objectives. 

Implementation & Delivery 

• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys. 

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to automate and streamline business processes. 

• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. 

• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
