Brand Partnerships Manager

At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.

We're looking for a strategic, analytically minded marketing professional to join our Global Brand & Growth team.  You will lead our UEFA partnership execution and progressively take on other large, global partnerships and their activation.

We're seeking an exceptional project manager with proven 360-degree marketing expertise to drive the strategic development and flawless execution of our partnership activations. The person in this role will be responsible for the delivery of our flagship UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League partnership — while progressively taking on other brand partnerships and multi-channel campaigns across our other global brand engagement pillars: culture and entertainment.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and campaign management, fueled by cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

• Develop partnership and campaign strategies that align with the brand objectives and drive measurable business impact.
• Lead 360-degree campaign development across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution and production oversight. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute partnership activations and fan & customer experiences. Manage logistics, coordination, and brand presence for key events (please note that some of these executions require travel within Europe).
• Collaborate effectively with creative teams, media partners, performance marketing teams, PR, local markets, and external agencies, translating vision into compelling creative and flawless execution.
• Drive campaign analytics and insights, analyzing campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to inform optimization and future strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities. Build business cases and support negotiations  with potential partners.

About You

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in 360-degree campaign development, brand management, or integrated marketing across digital, social, ATL, and experiential channels
• Proven excellence in project management and production oversight—managing complex timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams from concept to execution
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to measure, interpret, and act on performance data and consumer insights
• Experience in partnership marketing and/or sponsorship management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfort presenting to senior leadership and aligning diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

What Sets You Apart

• You're a natural team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• You're a fast thinker and fast executor—comfortable moving quickly while maintaining quality and strategic rigor
• You combine strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
• Willingness to travel for key events and partnership activations
• Background in creative strategy or partnership with creative agencies is a plus
• Experience with live event activations and experiential marketing is a plus
• Strong passion for trends, sports, culture and entertainment is a plus

We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences. If you think you could have an impact even though you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. We want to hear from you!
