- Own preparation and compilation standards, workpaper quality, reporting language, independence decisions, and disclosures.
- Approve the scope, effort estimates, and pricing for cleanup, catch-up, and multi-period reconstruction engagements.
- Manage portfolio realization, margin, pricing, fee adjustments, billing, client acceptance, and continuance of engagement.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers and serve as the primary liaison to tax preparers, auditors, lenders, insurance brokers, and other advisors.
- Lead Managers and their team’s, ensuring work is timely, accurate, and held to a consistent standard.

- Produce measurable business development results through service expansion, referrals, cross-selling, proposals, and industry involvement.
The ideal candidate is a confident accounting leader with strong technical judgment, a track record of developing high-performing teams, and the ability to balance quality, client service, portfolio economics, and growth. This person will be comfortable leading within a collaborative, fully paperless team environment and working directly with business owners and external advisors. Additionally, this candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; required.
- Active CPA license and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 8-12 years of public or private accounting experience, including substantial experience with after-the-fact, compilation, or outsourced accounting engagements; required.
