Talent Acquisition Partner

Driven by our values and a shared commitment to excellence and growth, Fusion Homes is redefining what it means to build for the future. Recognized as a Great Place to Work (2025) and Mercer Best Employer (2022–2024), we’re powered by our people, our competitive spirit, and our drive to win as one team. Delivering an unparalleled customer experience and achieving our bold growth objectives requires an exceptional team of talented individuals. To rise to the occasion, we consistently over-deliver, embrace challenges with determination, and approach each day with a clear purpose: to outperform yesterday and defy expectations.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate, Sales, and Construction while helping shape the quality of talent that fuels Fusion Homes' continued growth.

This is more than a recruiting role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and raises the bar. You'll combine sound judgment with strong execution, balancing pace with quality to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

If you're someone who enjoys building partnerships, solving hiring challenges, and taking ownership of outcomes, we'd love to meet you.

What Sets You Apart

You don't just fill positions; you build great teams.

You're energized by partnering with leaders, asking thoughtful questions, and helping them make better hiring decisions. You have a strong eye for talent and the confidence to advocate for quality, even when it means slowing down to find the right person.

You thrive in environments where expectations are high, relationships matter, and continuous improvement is part of the culture.

Specifically, you bring:

• A High Talent Bar – You consistently prioritize quality over simply filling roles and know what great talent looks like.
• An Ownership Mindset – You take accountability for hiring outcomes and proactively remove obstacles to success.
• Strong Assessment Skills – You use active listening, thoughtful questioning, and structured evaluation to identify the right candidates.
• Trusted Partnership – You build credibility with leaders, provide honest recommendations, and influence decisions with confidence.
• A Continuous Improvement Mindset – You're always looking for ways to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
