New Home Sales Professional

Driven by our values and a shared commitment to excellence and growth, Fusion Homes is redefining what it means to build for the future. Recognized as a Great Place to Work (2025) and Mercer Best Employer (2022–2024), we’re powered by our people, our competitive spirit, and our drive to win as one team. Delivering an unparalleled customer experience and achieving our bold growth objectives requires an exceptional team of talented individuals. To rise to the occasion, we consistently over-deliver, embrace challenges with determination, and approach each day with a clear purpose: to outperform yesterday and defy expectations.

Step into a high-impact sales role with a premium home builder — where your ability to build trust, educate buyers, and close deals will shape thriving communities.

Driven by our values and a shared commitment to excellence and growth, Fusion Homes is redefining what it means to build for the future — be it through homes, businesses, or careers. As a Mercer Best Employer (2022, 2023, 2024), we're known for our award-winning culture, premium communities, and relentless drive to outperform expectations.

We're looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our high-performing Sales team — someone who is driven to win, customer-obsessed, and thrives in a competitive, high-value sales environment. You'll play a vital role in building deep relationships with buyers and realtors, guiding them through one of life's most emotional and important decisions: purchasing a home.

No real estate license is required, and experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry is not necessary — we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries. We provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed in this specialized environment.

Why This Role is a Standout Opportunity:

• High-Impact Role with a Premium, Purpose-Driven Builder — Be part of an award-winning company focused on shaping thriving communities, driving innovation, and delivering excellence at every step of the homebuying journey.
• Build Deep Relationships and Guide Buyers Through Life's Biggest Purchase — Become a trusted advisor, helping buyers navigate emotional, complex decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Drive Results — Work closely with our Marketing team to generate high-quality leads, coordinate community launch campaigns, and support sales events.
• Influence the Home Design Journey — Contribute to the design process by helping buyers make personalized selections and offering insights that can shape future community and product development.
• Premium Sales Environment with Exceptional Rewards and Long-Term Growth — Thrive in a competitive, customer-first environment with industry-leading rewards: competitive commissions, bonuses, 100% employer-paid benefits, RRSP matching, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in Presentation Centres and Model Homes
• Own your sales pipeline by proactively generating leads, building realtor relationships, following up consistently and converting opportunities into sales, while partnering with Marketing on campaigns and events
• Guide buyers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathy
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering a top-tier customer experience
• Prepare and present all documentation (e.g., Purchase & Sale Agreements, Amendments) with precision
• Ensure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-ready
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and produce weekly sales reports
• Facilitate the selections process for finishes and upgrades across low-rise, stacked, and high-rise communities
• Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head Office

Where You'll Work:

This is an on-site role supporting Fusion communities throughout Guelph and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must be comfortable working from different Presentation Centres and Model Homes based on business needs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in a high-value or consultative sales environment, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets. (Real estate, homebuilding, or new-home sales industry experience is a plus — not a requirement.)
• A natural ability to influence, build trust, and drive confident decisions
• An interest in homes, design and aesthetics, with the ability to confidently guide customers through options and upgrades
• Relentless drive to succeed, backed by discipline, grit, and resilience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

Why Join Fusion Homes:

• Award-Winning Culture: Mercer Best Employer three years in a row
• Endless Growth: Learn, lead, and grow your career in a high-performance environment
• Exceptional Rewards: Competitive commissions, bonuses, and 100% employer-paid benefits for you and your family
• Long-Term Support: RRSP matching, employee home discounts, and career development programs
• Celebrated Success: We recognize performance and celebrate as a team
