VP, Product
Enlace Health delivers an end-to-end solution that solves one of the most vexing infrastructure challenges impacting today’s unsustainable healthcare system. Connecting payers, providers, and patients, Enlace empowers any type of specialty healthcare delivery model, from facilitating retrospective programs to enabling risk for prospective programs. Combining executive-level healthcare DNA with an extensible technology platform, Enlace is the bridge from chaotic healthcare to the healthcare world when the Triple Aim optimization is truly realized.
At Enlace Health, our people are our greatest asset. Our culture is founded upon integrity, hard work, and the relentless pursuit to make a difference. We think creatively, we like a challenge and draw inspiration from each other. The VP, Product is a visionary role responsible for leading, designing, and executing upon our product roadmap and strategy - prioritizing affordability, MLR improvement, and VBC scaling beyond fragmented tools. The ideal candidate will be someone who thinks in systems, moves with urgency, and knows how to wield AI as a product accelerator and process enabler, not just a buzzword. This is a rare opportunity to own the product strategy at a high-growth healthcare infrastructure company at a pivotal inflection point. This role is a critical member of our Atlanta based team and will be depended upon to ensure the performance, strategy, and alignment of Enlace’s product portfolio align with our corporate vision and strategic plan.
Success Metrics:
In 3 months:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Enlace Health’s platform, services, customer base, and market dynamics, including key trends and leading technology trends and factors influencing value‑based care.
- Assess and begin optimizing the product development lifecycle, identifying and implementing improvements in collaboration with Technology, Sales, Client Success, and other departments.
- Conduct an AI readiness assessment to identify near‑term opportunities to enhance data analytics, operational efficiency and customer insights.
- Establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategy and immediate priorities.
In 4-6 months:
- Deliver a detailed 24‑month product roadmap that clearly outlines strategic priorities - including t‑shirt‑sized modules (Fabric/Analytics → Provider Enablement → Hierarchy → Administration) - with milestones, expected ROI, and market penetration targets. Ensure the roadmap aligns with company goals and market needs and aligns with the company’s growth and expansion goals.
- Lead an AI-first mindset across the company and Incorporate AI where it drives material value (e.g., predictive cost modeling, automated provider insights, natural language summarization of claims data, agentic-AI optimized workflows and processes, etc.) to improve decision‑making speed and accuracy and expand the value of the Enlace platform and tech-enabled services.
