Who You Are

As an Engineering Manager at Justworks, you will help build and oversee a team of software engineers as a player-coach. You are responsible for coordinating projects, setting priorities, and motivating engineers to create and maintain features for our customers. The role involves a mix of hands-on coding and a strong technical background, with a passion for mentoring and growing teams.

What You Will Work On

The Benefits organization builds products and experiences that help businesses provide and manage employee benefits with confidence. Our teams work across Health Benefits, Wealth Benefits, and International Benefits to simplify complex processes, improve access to valuable offerings, and create a seamless experience for employers and their employees.Engineers in this organization partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and external providers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a highly regulated space. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and building products that have a meaningful impact on businesses and the people they support.
