Growth Marketing Manager
Why Hover Wants You
At Hover, we're redefining how homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals understand and improve properties. As we continue to grow, we're making a significant investment in organic acquisition—and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build that engine.
This is an opportunity to own one of the most strategic growth channels at Hover. You'll lead our organic growth strategy across three impactful levers: Search Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization. Your charter will be to ensure customers both discover and choose Hover when searching for solutions.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature program. You'll build the roadmap, establish best practices, partner across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design, and create an organic growth engine that compounds over time.
You Will Contribute By
- Responsible for Hover's long-term organic growth strategy across SEO, GEO, and CRO.
- Create and evolve a website strategy aligned to contractor and insurance buyer journeys, ensuring content supports both search visibility and business objectives.
- Build high-impact website experiments, focused on driving higher conversion rate to signup.
- Develop Hover's point of view on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), experimenting with how AI-powered search experiences discover, summarize, and recommend our content.
- Build a technical SEO roadmap by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and partnering with Engineering and our SEO agency to improve site performance.
- Build scalable editorial processes, including content briefs, publishing workflows, and agency management.
- Establish reporting frameworks that connect organic traffic to qualified user signups and revenue impact.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, measure results, and continuously improve organic acquisition.
