We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process!
About the role
As a Analytics & Finance Manager, International at Grüns, you will apply strategic thinking and deep quantitative expertise to own and scale analytics for our international business. You’ll partner closely with senior international leaders to evaluate performance, surface opportunities, and drive execution as Grüns continues to expand globally.
You’ll be responsible for building durable analytics infrastructure, translating complex data into clear business insights, and driving high-impact decisions with a high level of autonomy.
Location:
While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Europe will be most successful in this role.
More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL.
In this role, you will:
- Own analytics for Grüns’ international business, serving as a trusted partner to international leadership
- Identify business challenges and growth opportunities and leverage data to make strategic and tactical recommendations
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks; develop hypotheses, tests, and analyses; lead implementation efforts; and establish monitoring plans
- Build, navigate, and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL to answer ad hoc and strategic business questions
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast the impact of new strategies, opportunities, and risks, and measure performance against expectations
- Design and maintain long-term BI dashboards to democratize access to international performance insights
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, executive-ready presentations that drive action
- Independently solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end with minimal guidance
We're looking for someone who:
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative or computational field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking
- High proficiency with Excel
- High proficiency with PowerPoint Slides and Preparing Executive Decks
- High proficiency with SQL
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Looker Dashboards strongly preferred
