Instructional Designer

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

• We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.

• We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.

• At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

• From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy

We are seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine the best of digital and human interaction. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals—leveraging both evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

INFUSE Academy drives both internal and external online education, creating smart, high-impact e-learning experiences that fuel real business results.

We’re not just checking boxes – we’re designing innovative, engaging, and practical e-learning programs that empower people to grow and thrive.

As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Instructional Designer to join our fast-paced, tight-knit team of passionate professionals. If you’re someone who brings bold ideas, loves experimenting with new approaches, and thrives in a collaborative environment, this is your moment.

Our L&D philosophy

We’re committed to delivering practical, growth-driven education that aligns with both business objectives and learner needs. Most of our solutions are designed as self-paced, asynchronous e-learning experiences, enhanced with AI-powered tools and immersive learning simulators.

We believe learning should be engaging and story-driven. Inspired by platforms like Netflix, we continuously experiment with storytelling techniques to make development experiences more compelling and impactful.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a background in instructional design and AI implementation
• Understands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4)
• Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
• Is detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engaging

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals
• Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals
• Design and curate blended learning solutions using a mix of learning formats (e.g., eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities)
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance of content across delivery modes
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure the timely and organized execution of learning initiatives

What we offer

• A dynamic and supportive team environment focused on innovation in learning.
• Meaningful involvement in training initiatives with global impact.
• Career growth potential within a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.
• Access to cutting-edge e-learning tools and approaches.
• Access to high-quality professional development resources and marketing insights.

If you recognize yourself in this and are up to the challenge, we’d be happy to hear from you!
