Career Opportunities

Since 1998, Fasthosts has been helping customers build their online presence and keep their data safe – growing from a student project into a cornerstone of the UK digital economy. We provide top-tier hosting, domains, email, servers and AI platforms to over a million domains, supported by passionate teams supporting customers 24/7.
We're based at The Forum in Gloucester, with our Tier IV(!) Data Centre just down the road in Worcester, running on 100% renewable energy. We're also deeply committed to our community – supporting Gloucestershire businesses and students with different initiatives and events throughout the year.

Who are we and why do people work for us?

Think of us as your friendly neighbourhood internet experts! In a nutshell, we’re all about making the internet easy and accessible for everyone, helping individuals and businesses alike get set up with a website. We handle the technical stuff, so our customers can focus on building amazing online presences and connect with their audience.

We encourage collaboration, providing platforms to chat and socialise so our workforce can build their network and visibility. And we know our staff will do what is needed when it’s needed. That’s why we all work to a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, with the tools we need to be effective. We’ve built a loyal community of people who really are a supportive bunch – we’re very much in it together. We can chat around the water cooler (or coffee machine!) and bond over our love of random things but we also know when it’s time to get serious and work on providing the great products and support our customers deserve.

We value what each person brings to the table, from amazing ideas to great work attitudes. That’s why it’s only fair we give as much as we receive with a vast array of benefits and perks including:

• 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Hybrid working policy
• Contributory pension scheme
• Private healthcare and Life assurance
• Employee assistance programmes
• Cycle to work scheme
• EV Scheme
• Free parking close to our offices in a vibrant city centre location
• Free soft drinks, fruit and excellent coffee are available in our multiple break rooms.

And of course the fun stuff! When you spend so much time with your colleagues we want to make sure you have the benefit of social events, summer and Christmas parties, fitness groups, running teams and so much more.
