About the role:
We are hiring a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Full Stack Developer to own both the front-end experience and back-end architecture of our telehealth e-commerce platform. You'll work across a composable architecture leveraging Cloudflare Workers, Builder.io and Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, partner with external development agencies and internal teams, and help manage, optimize and develop the commerce systems supporting our telehealth business — including integrations with order management and telehealth service layer
Key responsibilities:
Development & Architecture
- Design and develop features across the Salesforce Commerce stack — Builder.io CMS, Cloudflare Workers, and other 3rd party integrations
- Make engineering decisions for Telehealth systems and how they all work together. Make architectural recommendations working with our Architect and Senior Engineering Leadership
- Build and maintain custom integrations, and integrate third-party cartridges with necessary customizations to enable future Telehealth expansion
- Solve problems that span UI, business logic, and system integration
Front-End
- Translate Sketch/Photoshop/Figma designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser, responsive builds that leverage Builder.io
- Own front-end performance optimization (load time, rendering, asset delivery)
- Apply JavaScript patterns (MVVM, AMD/CommonJS) using React, ISML, and SASS
Integrations & Platform Operations
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot integration feeds between SFCC, SOM, TeleHealth Middle Layer.
- Also have ability to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot integration feeds — products, inventory, price books, OMS, prescription/order data, Google Merchant, product reviews
- Manage OCAPI/SCAPI integrations, Cloudflare caching strategy, and cache invalidation
- Monitor site performance (uptime, speed) and recommend/implement improvements
- Administer Business Manager configurations, site domains, and code repositories
- Manage compliance with SFCC platform requirements and release cycles
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with external agencies, third-party vendors, and internal teams (product, clinical ops, marketing, data) to deliver end-to-end commerce capabilities
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers
