Freeform builds AI-native manufacturing systems that unify software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts at the speed of human ideation. • Apply a security-first mindset to all work: patching, hardening, access control, and safe handling of accounts and data
• Set up, support, and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systems across conference rooms and shared spaces
• Onboard and offboard employees, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access management
• Maintain inventories of IT assets and licenses, covering hardware, software, and license assignments from purchase to retirement
• Document systems, network topology, workflows, procedures, and fixes to build out and maintain the IT knowledge base
• Work with senior IT staff on larger infrastructure projects and take on more scope over time
