RVP of Sales

Gradial is building the AI-native system of work for enterprise marketing. Our agents turn ideas into live campaigns by executing across the tools, teams, and workflows enterprises already use—from content authoring and campaign assembly to quality assurance and brand compliance. We give marketers and creatives more time to shape brands, understand customers, and create work that moves people.

We’re tackling some of the hardest problems in applied AI: building agent harnesses, sandboxed execution environments, and orchestration that enable agents to plan, act, and verify their work reliably at enterprise scale. We’re growing rapidly, winning Fortune 500 and enterprise customers including AWS, T-Mobile, and Prudential. Our $65 million Series C led by Insight Partners is accelerating that momentum.

Join us to help define how people and AI agents work together. We move with urgency, reason from first principles, and take ownership from idea to customer impact. You’ll shape the product, own consequential problems, and build systems that some of the world’s leading brands depend on every day.

The Role

Gradial is hiring an RVP of Sales, EMEA to establish and scale our commercial presence across the region. You’ll own the EMEA sales strategy, build relationships with leading enterprise marketing organisations and create the foundation for durable regional growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced enterprise seller who can build a market while closing complex strategic deals. You’ll begin as an individual contributor, owning priority opportunities from first conversation through contract execution and setting the standard for how Gradial sells across EMEA.

You’ll report directly to the CRO and serve as Gradial’s senior sales leader in the region. As the business grows, you’ll define the regional operating model, hire and develop the EMEA sales team and assume broader responsibility for revenue performance across all EMEA markets.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute Gradial’s sales strategy across all EMEA markets

• Own regional new business performance, pipeline development and revenue growth

• Build and manage a pipeline of net new enterprise and strategic accounts

• Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close

• Develop trusted relationships with senior Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology and Procurement leaders

• Translate Gradial’s AI-powered capabilities into clear commercial value for complex enterprise organisations

• Build account strategies that navigate regional decision-makers, global stakeholders and multi-market buying processes

• Partner with US account teams to identify expansion opportunities within the EMEA operations of existing customers

• Establish Gradial’s regional presence through executive relationships, industry networks, partnerships and strategic events

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer teams to shape regional messaging, customer strategy and market priorities

• Share customer insight, market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform Gradial’s broader go-to-market strategy

• Build the forecasting discipline, sales processes, territory structure and operating cadence required to scale across EMEA

• Define the regional hiring plan and recruit the sales team as pipeline and market demand grow

• Lead, coach and develop the EMEA sales organisation while maintaining a high standard for execution and accountability

What We Need

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, marketing technology or a related technology sales environment

• A strong record of winning complex, net new enterprise and strategic accounts across EMEA

• Experience owning a regional sales strategy, revenue target or multi-market commercial plan

• Experience selling to senior Marketing, Digital, Technology and Procurement stakeholders

• Deep knowledge of the EMEA enterprise market and strong relationships across relevant customer and industry networks

• Experience establishing a new region, territory or go-to-market motion with limited existing infrastructure

• Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, content operations or enterprise marketing workflows

• Ability to communicate the value of AI and technical product capabilities in clear commercial terms

• Experience navigating long sales cycles, global buying committees and complex enterprise contracting processes

• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to prioritise across markets, accounts and opportunities

• A hands-on approach to pipeline creation, account development and deal execution

• Experience building sales processes, forecasting accurately and creating regional operating discipline

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with US-based leadership and cross-functional teams

• Motivation to begin as an individual contributor before hiring and leading a regional sales organisation

• Based in London with flexibility to travel across EMEA and to the US as business needs require

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.
