Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Careers

Great recruiting is about more than filling positions. It's about building relationships, recognizing potential, and connecting the next generation of talent with opportunities to grow.

At Benesch, our Talent Acquisition team is more than a recruiting function. We’re a collaborative, relationship-driven team passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. We’re building a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence focused on delivering exceptional service, strengthening partnerships, and making hiring easier and more effective for our teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building genuine connections, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, proactively source talent, or think creatively when great candidates are hard to find.
