Pravidelná výmena foriem pre lisovanie plastových komponentov. / Regular replacement of molds for molding plastic components.

Popis práce/ Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles:

Popíšte hlavné činnosti, ktoré sú potrebné k splneniu účelu role (konkrétne ciele len pre určité obdobie neuvádzajte) / Describe the key activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role (specific targets for a certain period do not include)

•             Pravidelne vymieňa formy pre lisovanie plastových komponentov. / Regularly replaces molds for molding plastic components.

•             Komplexne sa stará o formy, vstrekolisy. / Comprehensively takes care of molds and injection molds.

•             Vykonáva údržbu a pravidelné čistenie foriem vstrekolisov počas zmeny / Performs maintenance and regular cleaning of injection molds during shifts

•             Nastavuje a kontroluje technologické parametre na vstrekolisoch DEMAG,SUMITOMO a ENGEL Whittmann. / Sets and controls technological parameters on DEMAG, SUMITOMO and ENGEL Whittmann injection molding machines.

•             Spušťa výrobu podľa zadaných technologických parametrov. / Starts production according to specified technological parameters

•             Sleduje kvalitu, kontroluje prvé vyrobené kusy spolu s audítorom kvality. / Monitors quality, inspects the first produced pieces together with the quality auditor

•             Rieši technologické problémy v spolupráci so inými oddeleniami a nadriadeným. / Resolves technological issues in collaboration with other departments and supervisor.

•             Optimalizuje pracovné procesy / Optimizes work processes.

•             Postupuje v zmysle platných interných smerníc, pracovných postupov a platnej legislatívy / Proceeds in accordance with the applicable internal directives, working procedures and applicable legislation

•             Zodpovedne a načas plní pracovné úlohy a  inštrukcie nadriadeného / Responsibly and on time performs the supervisor´s tasks and instructions

•             Zúčastňuje sa a reportuje výsledky zverenej oblasti v štruktúrach Tier podľa interných požiadaviek / Participates and reports the results of entrusted area in Tier structures according to internal requirements

•             Zodpovedá za zverené prostriedky (prístroje, nástroje, pomôcky... ) potrebné k výkonu pridelenej práce / Responsible for the entrusted means (instruments, tools, aids..) necessary to carry out the assigned work

•             Vykonáva činnosti zabezpečujúce poriadok a čistotu na pracovisku a dodržiava 5S / Performs activities that ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace and follow 5S method
